Nicaragua Fito Montiel Pacamara Semi Washed
Arrived late September 2026, new crop, in Grainpro lined bags. Fito is an award-winning producer who was one of the first to plant Pacamara in Nicaragua. The semi-washed (honey) is very sweet, with notable Pacamara body and largess. Aromas of molasses, dark chocolate and chestnut. Flavors of strawberry, cherry cola, tamarind. Balanced, hearty and cleanly processed, the coffee is overall filled with mild fruit flavors. The mill on the farm where it is produced is carbon neutral and there is extensive shade for slower maturation of coffee and canopy for birds.

Uganda Muki Fruity Natural
Arrived late September 2026, new crop, in Grainpro lined bags. A quality Natural from Uganda with a mix of Typica and Bourbon varietals, well processed by The Coffee Yard, owned and operated by Norman Mukuru. The coffee is produced by 300 local smallholder farmers, who have only 20 to 200 coffee trees on their small properties. Aroma of butterscotch and caramel. Potent with some florals. Flavors of guava, banana, prune, starfruit, as well as some stone fruit.

Nicaragua Maracaturra "Blueberry"
Arrived September 2026, new crop, in grainpro. Maracaturra is a cross between Maragogype and Caturra varieties. The beans are large, like their Maragogype parent and sweet from the Caturra, which is a natural mutation of Bourbon. Produced mainly by three neighboring farmers, this washed coffee is big in the cup, with lots of flavor of cocoa, blackcurrant juice, stone fruit and blueberry. The coffee is cleanly processed.

Kenya AB Ichamama
Arrived September 2026, new crop, in grainpro protective bags. This top rated Kenya AB coffee comes from the Ichamama Factory in Nyeri County on the eastern slope of the Aberdares mountain range. The factory processes coffee from 1,100 smallholder farmers, about a third of which are women. Pleasantly tart, dark fruit - pomegranate, blackberry jam, blackcurrant, prune. Very crisp, lively and puckery dry finish.

Kenya Othaya Peaberry
Arrived September 2026, new crop, in grainpro protective bags. This lovely Kenya Peaberry, from the Othaya Farmers Cooperative, roasts very evenly. Peaberries are cylindrically shaped beans that owe their even roasting to their ability to roll in drum style roasters. In air roaster, they can take a bit longer to get airborne as they have native wind resistance. Nice black tea tannins. Clean blackcurrant flavor with a touch of bergamot and raisin. Long, dry finish. Excellent value.

Colombia Supremo Santander
Arrived September 2026, new crop, in small grainpro lined bags. We directly imported this coffee after being offered choices from various producing regions and it is a Roastmasters exclusive. This selection from Santander, in the northeastern part of Colombia, shows stone fruit, notably peach as well as apricot. It is clean, bright with the aroma of cocoa and has a comforting silky body. Supremo beans are the largest grade, screen 17 and above. These are really all purpose coffees, checking the boxes for single origin, blend component, and, light or dark roasts. Having arrived in grainpro is a bonus, adding to its freshness.

Costa Rica Don Mayo Tarrazu Villa Sarchi
Arrived by airfreight August 2026, new crop coffee. This season, we selected Don Mayo's coffee from one of the family's properties, El Pedregal farm, located about 1800 meters. It, like other Don Mayo properties, are among the highest altitude coffee farms in Costa Rica. This is a fully washed coffee, for which the family is often lauded. Nice, clean, bright and sophisticated style from its traditional fully washed processing. Very sweet maple aromas. Pear, stone fruit, nectarine and peach. Sweet notes of brown sugar and sugar cane, dark chocolate.

Panama Altieri Catuai Natural 'Rola' ASD
Arrived in late August 2026, vacuum packaged. This Rola lot, named after one of the producer's grandchildren, Roland, is big, juicy cup. It starts with intense vanilla and concentrated sugary aromas and is followed by deep fruity flavors of black skinned fruit like nectarine and plum. Sweet pipe tobacco, peach and lime add to the flavor profile. Very chewy, juicy and it has long mouth-coating finish. A really clean, well processed coffee. Anaerobic fermentation plus extended drying time accounts for fruit flavors that are intensified. We have very little available and this coffee sold out quickly last year.

Sumatra Mandheling Fair Trade Organic
Arrived September 2026, just having arrived in the US, in Grainpro lined bags. Sumatra Mandheling is known for its very heavy, almost syrupy body and its low acidity. This combination makes for a smooth, velvety, yet pronounced cup of coffee. Powerful aroma. Direct and sturdy with nutty flavor. Our current lot is from the Koperasi Arisarina Cooperative and is both Fair Trade & Organic certified.

Panama Esmeralda Private Collection Geisha Natural
Arrived August 2026, new crop in vacuum boxes. Natural process. After an amazing 'triple crown' sweep at the 2025 Best of Panama competition in June, Esmeralda came close to repeating it once again. Esmeralda's coffees are probably the most sought after in the world at this moment. Their Esmeralda Special lots go for hundreds and sometimes thousands per pound. But this 'second coffee' and 100% Geisha varietal from Hacienda Esmeralda, from their noted Jaramillo property, is wonderfully crisp, delicate, floral - a delightful cup at a bargain - albeit expensive -price for Geisha from this world famous property. Very limited supply. Direct trade.

Panama Esmeralda Private Collection Geisha Washed
Arrived August 2026 and shipped to us directly from the producer. The 'second coffee' and 100% Geisha varietal from Hacienda Esmeralda. The Washed Geisha is from their Cañas Verdes farm. Ethiopia Hamasho Natural Grade 1
Arrived late August 2026, new crop in Grain-Pro bags. This coffee is fantastic and was a fan favorite the past several seasons. Hamasho is one of the nicer Naturals from Ethiopia that we have seen. Aromas of blueberry and cocoa. Flavors of berries and lemon. Very clean natural processed coffee. Moderate to significant fruit intensity. This coffee has been consistently a top Ethiopia Natural. Grade 1 and this year was no exception.

Colombia Finca La Pradera Pink Bourbon
Arrived August 2026 in lined bags. Aromas of caramel and brown sugar. Flavors of mango, berries and fruit jam. Very sweet and light juice, like cranberry or red currant but with a supple,long finish. Pink Bourbon has now been genetically identified as deriving from Ethiopia landrace varieties. It is no surprise that its reputation has grown.

Colombia Granja La Esperanza Pink Bourbon Natural
Arrived Summer 2026 by air, a Direct Trade new crop coffee from one of the most notable producers in Colombia. This Pink Bourbon is from their original Potosi farm in Valle del Cauca. The coffee exhibits concentrated dried fruit flavors mixed with dark candies. The farm's Natural processing method presents a fair amount of fruit penetration but the overall impression is a very sweet, bright cup with malic (apple) acidity.

Panama Elida Loma Centro Geisha Natural ASD
Arrived July 2026 in vacuum packaging. A simply gorgeous, powerfully fragrant Geisha Natural by one of the top producers in the world. Lots of jasmine and lavender in aroma and flavor, perfumed and with the presence of bergamot. Cocoa, cinnamon and candy notes along with kiwi. Bright lemon-lime citric acidity with lemongrass displays the elevation. Long, long finish. This is an elegant, top Geisha Natural. It is from a high plot of land at Elida with half of the plot inside the Volcan Baru National Park. If you are a fan of Geisha Natural you will love this one. Elida just took 1st and 3rd place in the 2026 Best of Panama competition for Geisha Washed and Geisha Natural respectively.

Bolivia Organic de Apolo
Arrived August 2026, in grainpro lined bags. Coffee from the Apolo region in Northwest Bolivia, a particularly bio-diverse and sustainability focused area in the cloud forest. The cooperative APCA, Asociación de Productores de Café de Apolo, brings international access to their smallholder community, providing equipment training toward the harvesting and production of high quality coffee. The coffee is versatile with sweet dark chocolate flavor, citric acidity and some sweet and savory background notes. Smooth, creamy body.

Costa Rica Etiope Honey
Direct trade arrived by airfreight July 2026. This is a very unusual and elegantly powerful coffee. We offered it last year as a Natural, but this season was only available as a Honey and at that, in very short supply, so it will be gone quickly. The variety was initially developed in Ethiopia some years ago in an effort to ward off leaf rust while having a flavorful profile. The seeds made there way to producer Juan Ramon Alvarado in Costa Rica where he planted them on his 1950 meter Finca Don Jose in Tarrazu. This coffee has really delivered on its promise. Flavors of lemon and lime citrus, honeydew, tamarind, black cherry and kiwi. A potpourri of exotic flavors.

Costa Rica Brumas del Zurqui SL-28
Arrived by air July 2026, direct trade, in grainpro lined bags. New crop. A coffee that sold out quickly when we offered it last season. This SL-28 from Costa Rica producer Juan Ramon Alvarado on his Montano farm in Tarrazu. This noted Bourbon variant, best known in top Kenya coffees, has done very well in several Central American locales. It is successfully grown in El Salvador and now this very nice example from Costa Rica. The coffee is super clean and juicy with lots of stone fruit, peach and nectarine. It also has notes of sugar cane, caramel, pink grapefruit, characteristic of the variety. Body is very silky

Colombia Granja La Esperanza Sudan Rume Natural
Arrived July 2026 by air, a Direct Trade new crop coffee from one of the most notable producers in Colombia. Back again this year, Sudan Rume is a scarce and infrequently seen variety that represents one of the purest representations of Arabic coffee. The variety's origins are traced to southern Sudan, near the border with Ethiopia. This Sudan Rume Natural was produced and nurtured at Granja La Esperanza in Valle del Cauca, Colombia. This is a unique and simply delicious coffee, different but very comfortably so. This farm is the source where many barista champions go for coffees they will use in competition.

Costa Rica Brumas del Zurqui San Roque Natural
Arrived end June 2026, new crop in Grainpro lined bags, direct by air from Costa Rica. This is a Direct Trade coffee. We loved this coffee. San Roque is the name under which an SL28 coffee variety was registered in Costa Rica. Originally from Kenya, it was introduced in 2010 by Antonio Barrantes of Cafetalera Herbazú through seeds brought directly from Kenya and planted in Naranjo.Big, fruity Natural that is powerful but very clean. Lots of florals were a surprising element here. Flavors of plum, tamarind, maple syrup, cola. In some aspects it plays as a Geisha. Very exotic and delicious.

Panama Elida Estate Catuai Natural
Arrived late June 2026 in Grainpro, a direct trade coffee and this year we airfreighted the coffee so that you could enjoy it sooner. This represents our top choice of Catuai Natural from Ellida for the year, a year in which there were severe coffee crops shortages in Panama, Costa Rica and northern Colombia due to an odd weather event. The quality continues to be excellent. Classic Catuai Natural. Very high toned, fruity cup that kept improving as it cooled. Cherry notes expanded and high tones modified during cooling.

Panama Auromar Pacamara Natural
This new 2026 crop Pacamara Natural arrived late June via airfreight, a Direct Trade coffee, in limited quantity. The coffee harvest in parts of Central America, notably Panama and Costa Rica. This is a mildly floral expression of Pacamara with medium size beans. Aromas: cherry, marzipan, roasted chestnut with savory overtones. Very chocolatey mouthfeel with hazelnut.

Costa Rica La Minita Tarrazu
Latest arrival, late June 2026, new crop and in grainpro. The coffee is again, very nice this season. A perennial favorite with a big following, La Minita is remarkably consistent from one crop year to the next.

Ethiopia Bona Zuria Red Honey Grade 1
Arrived mid-June 2026, in grainpro. We were fortunate enough to source this wonderful Red Honey from Sidama that presents more like a clean, fruity Natural. Very sweet with balanced, nicely crafted fruitiness. Flavors of lychee, persimmon and tamarind. Some black tea tannins. Lots of finesse and elegance. From a 1st place Cup of Excellence producer of top coffee from Sidama. Delicious. Snag it while you can.

Ethiopia 'Wush Wush' Natural Grade 1
New crop arrived June 2026, in grainpro. We quickly sold out but additional supply has arrived (mid May 2026). Wush Wush is an unusual variety native to Ethiopia. Natural processed with extended dry fermentation that concentrates and adds power to the fruit. Very fermented aroma in green. Roasted, aromas are toast, yeast, coffee fruit and ripe melon. Flavors of melon, papaya, both skewed toward the ripe to overripe range. Additionally, notes of barley, pecan, cherry cordial, tobacco, tangerine and sun-dried tomato. Intense but it has a refreshing finish, sure to make you "wush" you had another cup.

Burundi Kayave Washing Station
Arrived May 2026, new crop. Very high grown, well processed coffee. Very sweet, maple syrup aromas and the sweetness continues into the cup with flavors of raisin, date and plum.

Costa Rica Santa Maria Dota Tarrazu
New crop arrived early May 2026 in grainpro. From the notable Coopedota cooperative in rugged, high elevation Tarrazu, this all purpose coffee is from area farms. This is a very impressive lot for the price with a combination of nuttiness and sweet baking flavors. Very clean with a silky finish. Solid solo choice for all roast levels or to add clean brightness to blends. An even better price this season.

Guatemala Antigua Santo Domingo SHB
Arrived late April 2026, new crop in grainpro. New photo coming shortly. Santo Domingo is a genuine Guatemala Antigua coffee grown by a collective a 15 to 20 small area farms, combined and centrally processed by the traditional fully washed method and sun dried as conditions permit. The coffee trees are shade grown Bourbon and Caturra varietals. An excellent value for a top SHB coffee which can be used unblended or as a blend base. We have offered this coffee for several seasons and find it reliable and consistent.

New mid crop arrived late March in GrainPro, first new crop from Kenya this season. Rita is solid, value priced Kenya with flavors of black tea, sweet and sugary. Bright and juicy.

El Salvador Finca Kilimanjaro Burundi Process
Arrived in late December in vacuum packaging. Finca Kilimanjaro is a renowned farm owned by Aida Batlle with whom we have a direct trade relationship. Custom processed to order, this Burundi style processed coffee is an excellent example of the extraordinary work and attention put into producing this world famous coffee. All coffee on Kilimanjaro is an 80/20 mix of Kenya SL-28 and Bourbon, planted by Aida's father years ago.

Peru Fair Trade Organic
Arrived October 2025 from the new harvest. Cenfrocafe's APU is their top grade selection. This is certified Fair Trade and Organic coffee from the Cenfrocafe Cooperative, Clean cupping, sweet and bright coffee well suited to roasts from light to dark. Can be a blend component to brighten up other coffees, or as a single origin. Versatile and fairly priced.

Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Idido Wogida Grade 1
Arrived first of October in Grainpro. Another top coffee from Testi, one of the top exporters in Yirgacheffe. Aromas of brown sugar and roasted chestnuts. Flavors of maple, butter and toasted bread as well as rosewater. Big broad mouthfeel. Another first rate washed Yirgacheffe with exotic spice notes and satisfying presence.

Kenya AB Gathaithi
Arrived as new crop in August 2025 in grainpro, a direct import. This season we favored AB over AA and this Gathaithi was our top pick. Vanilla aroma with flavors of blackberry and blueberry. Complex with a long dry finish. Classic Kenya with notable blackcurrant notes. This is a solid Kenya coffee the ability to be roasted from light to at least second crack. Our preference, as always, is toward the slightly lighter side, to promote blackcurrant and vanilla elements.
